It is important that users can quickly access to the data they want. The system should have efficient algorithms to work with. - data security Data can be easily stolen or missing when dealing with a large amount of data. Therefore, the system should provide a good security. The data stored involves students’ personal information; it must be stored safety and prevent unauthorized users from accessing data. Thus, a Sports Day system is designed. This system should be designed for users to easily facilitate data management, including student record management, event enrolment, result analysis, result reporting. Within this system, users can easily processing the data. As this system is mostly designed for teachers and students, there are several things we need to beware of: - Interface The interface of the system shall be simple and clear, the users use this system will thus easy. - Usage The function of the system shall be done only few simple procedures. No code or technical language need to type for them. Otherwise, the users will find hard to use this system.
